Marietta Nondestructive Testing, Inc. has designed and manufactured a state of the art 10 axis CNC ultrasonic scanner which features a Z axis arm made of a graphite composite material. This lighter weight arm allows for much higher speed vertical scanning. The heavy duty precision welded support frame increases rigidity and reduces vibration improving scanning performance, and an optional rotary table adds more flexibility for the inspection of complex parts. High accuracy precision servo motion control with contour following allows the system to be adapted for your specific application. Marietta NDT includes offline programming software for complex shapes that graphically displays part geometry and scan path. All systems are preassembled and tested with customer samples before shipping and are backed by a full 2 year warranty for parts and labor. In addition, Marietta NDT provides training and production assistance for all of our systems.
